This is the first week that I've gained weight in 10 weeks of tracking and exercising so far. Needless to say that I'm not a happy camper today! I really need to get my head back in the game this week. I must have don't more post election emotional eating than I thought.3 -

Nov 14 130! YEAH! So last week I posted that was doing no alcohol until the weekend and desert on FRIDAY ONLY? I made the no beer, wine, etc for the week, fell off the desert wagon a couple times, BUT I worked out HARD and YAHOO! SUCCESS! Going to continue the no alcohol, and keep trying to stay away from the sweets for the week again! Step goal is at LEAST 10000 a day with 20 floors RUN Tues Thurs Sat, WEIGHTS or HIIT today, Wed, Fri6 -
