Joining this today!! Find it really difficult in evening at home to stay on track. I'll sit and watch TV and just want to eat everything sugary or carby. So hoping this will motivate me!

2. Log all snacks through day (naughty snacks only once on weekend and on Wednesday school meeting)
3. When shopping only buy my treat snacks and no more so there aren't ny in cupboard to tempt.2 -

Better late than never I am in not eating after 7pm I have have a horrible habit of wanting a maruchan soup wich is loaded with soudium and I normally want it at night. Weight 1723

Love this challenge, late night snacking is definately a problem of mine! Nothing but water and tea after 8pm3

Need to get back to this. By not logging in more often I'm rationalizing after 9:30 and going over calories. Overall this is working for me. Just have to lig in more.
