I have been working on the same mini goal of being under 204 lbs for the past 2.5 months--Im losing soooo slowly right now. It's due to adherence issues. At least I'm still moving generally in the right direction, but 9 days ago I was 204.2 and now 208.2 (down from 208.8 Monday). Most of it is water weight (carbs plus sodium--I've been under maintenance for the most part so I shouldn't have gained more than 0.5 lbs if that) but I'm still feeling frustrated.
I did get my goal of fitting into size 14. In fact, I'm wearing size 14 super skinny jeans right now. They fit like a glove and look awesome. Only fitting into some L shirts though. My boobs are gone but the rest of my upper body is still sure flabby. Might pull out my weights and try to work out, which I haven't managed to do since going back to work in February of last year once my mat leave ended.5 -
100 pounds lost, 2 more to go. I might be shying away from the salt for the next few days, lol.9

Couple goals looming in my future:
1) Get into thr 180s ... .6 away
2) Be overweight and not obese
3) Weigh less than my husband...chasing him by 8 lbs) he's killing it right now in support of me!8 -
I'm 5 pounds away from my first goal of losing 10% of my body weight. So I'm pretty excited about that.12

My mini goal is to get around 155lb by christmas. Then after that I want to get to 150Ib. Currently Im 160Ib and working hard.4

Still trying to break into the 130s... I thought I had a few months ago, but my scale was being ridiculous as it hasn't said it since! lol
Becoming a runner. I can jog full out no problem for a minimum of 4 miles but will take it SLOW as a beginner and increase my joint/muscle stregth for RUNNING as another poster suggested. Cardio Class Queen is redirecting her fitness goals a bit.
Finally, becoming more consistent with PROGRESSIVE weight training.. Not just my body weight and same size bells. Strong Curves is what I loosely follow.3 -

My mini goal is to lose another 5 lbs. by Christmas. That will put me at 60 lbs. less than last year the same time, (total 76 since May 2015, those first 16 were lost before MFP). That will put me at 188. My sister-in-law previously lost 70 - 80 lbs. and I remember oohing and ahhing seeing her for the first time when she'd lost all that weight. I'm going to enjoy some of that. My daughter has also been using the MFP since last May and she'll have lost about 30 by then, (total 40 prior to MFP). So, rocking the family Christmas eve get together is our goal.9

I'm a UK size 20 for coats and jackets but not for all brands as I figured out recently.
My partner bought me a really nice winter coat this year so my mini goal right now is to be able to do up the buttons.
(I fit into it fine but can't get the 2 sides to meet at the front.)1 -
I have so many goals, but my first mini goal is just 25lbs! I have lots to lose so 25 is a start!5

4 pounds by Dec 9th. That will get me to 50 pounds lost by time we leave for our weekend getaway cruise.2

i want to weigh 132 pounds again. why? because that's about what i weighed when i went to get my doctor's 'permission' to start lifting weights and they took my basic stats at the time. so that's my zero-muscle benchmark.
in the meantime i've weighed 10 pounds less than that, and 10 pounds more, and i'm definitely stronger so some of it has to be muscle i didn't have then. i'm really curious to see what the same full-circle weight looks like now, after two years. i'd guess i'm no more than five pounds away.
NO GUMMY BEARS. simple, right? hah.3 -
To reach my pre-work weight as I like to call it. (I left my teaching job for an office job and due to the nature of snacks and general office related foodies I've gained almost 2 stones!)4

Get to "just overweight" by Christmas. 4.6 lbs to go per weigh in this morning. After that, it's on to onederland!7

Losing these last five pounds and doing pull ups by the end of fall next year.4

If I stay on schedule, i should reach Obese Class I by the end of the year! Started at Class III in July, so this is quite exciting.13

I did it! I am in the 120's. 129.8 to be precise.
It's taken 10 wks to lose 5 lbs. I'm now a little less than 5 away from my goal of 125! I can barely believe it! (All these exclamation points!!!)

Getting below 200#. Since my late teens, I always been above 200 pounds. Started at 265, Now at 207... getting close.16

My oldest sister's wedding. Turns out I'm the Maid of Honor. There's no way I'm wearing a size 20 up there. Size 10-16 yes. I have until April!17

Lost 20lb and almost at goal, just 7lb to go! Its taken about 3 months but its working. My daughter gave me some size 12 UK jeans, and they fit! They are tight but they fit! Here's to them fitting nicely.10
