Thanks! No secret... I just eat what foods I like to my calorie goals, paying attention to my protein goal. I walk a lot, run a little, and lift weights. I don't lift particularly heavy since it's not really my thing. I lift medium loads at higher volume. I do a full body routine 3 days a week.15 -

I've been maintaining for about 2 years now and I have never posted a success story! Started around 200, finished around 145. I'm a bit taller than 5'10''.

Took over a year but went down from 260 to 175 lbs. That was 5 years ago. I have been able to maintain for 5 years and counting.
