I was just looking at my average for November. It's 4500 so far. I have some health issues so I don't walk everyday. I use fitbit and a pedometer app as fitbit counts every step, not just the meaningful ones.

I'm lucky if i hit 3-4k and that's usually from purposeful exercise. I too have health issues. I use a Garmin Vivoactive.

I have no life either lol But the most I've ever hit is 35,000. You have to share with the class how you get so many steps, and how long does it take you?

I'd have to get up in the morning and just start walking, all day every day. Imagine the eats though............

Wow!! I average around 8,000. (Fitbit) Even on a cruise a few months ago, I don't think I came close to what you do and we walked a lot. Impressive!

Yep, that's pretty much what i have to do to get over 30,000, and there's no way i could keep it up every single day.

Use fitbit (charge HR until a few weeks ago and Charge 2 now) and avg 55,000 a week. Down a bit from summer where I was about 66k per week (doing a lot less cardio now). Hoping to up that with the new indoor walking track opening up near me :)

I usually take about 13000-14000 steps on a normal working day as I have a desk job. But that can increase up to 25,000 steps on a weekend especially if I am camping. I use a fitbit one to track my steps.

I walk every day and run 30+ miles a week, usually over 5 days. My average is 19,000 steps. On days I don't run, about 11,000. I have a Garmin F15.

I hoped to walk at least 5000 steps a day and thought maybe I was up around 8000 steps.

So I joined a step challenge, which just ended last week, and discovered that I walk at least 10,000 steps a day without trying too hard. I pushed it a bit during the challenge and ended up averaging just over 15,000 steps a day. :)

    I use a pedometer.

I average 26,000 to 28,000 steps per day, tracking with a Fitbit One which I love. My goal is to walk more than 20,000 steps on weekdays with three days over 25,000 plus a minimum of 16,000 daily on weekends. I usually find myself over that, plans permitting B)

I have a fitbit surge. Currently only about 7k per day without exercise. I try run 3 times a week which is about 5k steps per run.
