    First started Keto on 03/02/2016 for 1 month; switched to CCHO for 7 months; Back on Keto 11/03/16.

    Lost 33.8lbs (if anybody finds them, I don't want them back... thanks :smiley: )

    HW: 196 LBS (Dropped initial weight by giving up booze and like @GoChica Watching Calories)

    SW: 165 lbs (Started Keto 11/13/2016 day 4 for me)

    CW: 158 lbs (probably mostly water weight but I will take it!)

    GW: 145 lbs

    I had a difficult weekend where I was sick likely from artificial sweetener. I am re-focusing on keeping my food real. I'm also focusing on keeping my protein from getting too high.

    I'm planning to attempt an extended fast starting after dinner tonight to continue to address my insulin resistance.

    Not bad for a week at maintenance -10% followed up with a few days of standard maintenance. Going to ride this train until after Thanksgiving then get back on dat dere RFL before starting another bulk...a leaner one this time. *kitten* fulking; I hate getting squishy.

    I'm really hoping to get back to 130-131 so I have some wiggle room. I seem to hang out a lot in the 134-136 range (and yes, it does make a difference in clothing fit, crazy as it sounds, since any extra weight goes straight to my belly).

    1000g carb refeed on Monday. Feels good at the moment, but I know I'll be back to sub-170 within a couple of days. Glycogen supercomps don't last long.

    I have lost over 28 lbs now and almost to my mini goal of under 200. Can't wait to be in onederland soon. Been doing really good with keeping the carbs down the past few days after going off plan on thanksgiving. So Im just happy I lost anything at all this week.

    If I make it to goal that will be 15 lbs lost this year - which is my goal for the year, so far I have been mostly on target month to month...I love it when a plan comes together...

    I always reset my weight at the beginning of the year, so make it or miss it, I need to set new goals for 2017...I'm kind of leaning toward a 6lb loss for 2017, but I have a month still to really decide...

    definitely retaining water, my boobs are ginormous this week, which looks really pretty but no touching because they are so dreadfully sore...my sports bra is earning it's keep!!!

    Blah. I spend a ridiculous amount of time just above that range. I really should probably just focus on recomp now rather than caring about 1-3 lbs. And how is it possible some of my pants are tight when I'm only 1.4 lbs above maintenance? (I've been bloated lately and not sure why.)
