I began a Keto way of eating and living, 22 days ago. I am thrilled and feel great since starting. I don't have the "carb coma" or mental fog from eating a high carb diet. I no longer have cravings for bread or sweets, as I feel completely satisfied and without hunger. I can ignore someone eating a piece of pie in front of me, without it driving me nuts inside. Ketosis is a wonderful thing.
HW: 199.? lbs. August 25, 2016 (I dropped my initial weight with low calorie, working out 5-6 days a week, but it was with a lot of effort and hunger).
SW: 190.0 lbs. October 25, 2016
CW: 180.9 lbs. November 15, 20165 -
HW: 196 LBS (Dropped initial weight by giving up booze and like @GoChica Watching Calories)

I had a difficult weekend where I was sick likely from artificial sweetener. I am re-focusing on keeping my food real. I'm also focusing on keeping my protein from getting too high.

If I make it to goal that will be 15 lbs lost this year - which is my goal for the year, so far I have been mostly on target month to month...I love it when a plan comes together...
I always reset my weight at the beginning of the year, so make it or miss it, I need to set new goals for 2017...I'm kind of leaning toward a 6lb loss for 2017, but I have a month still to really decide...2 -
