Awesome progress! How much weight have you lost? What lifting routine have you been following?
I probably have a few drinks once a month. I have noticed that it has a negative impact on my workouts (lifting specifically). It isn't long lasting tough - it is usually just the next workout.
I applaud you for taking steps to be healthier!0

Thanks bioklutz! I went from 187lbs down to 155lbs, and currently sitting at 160lbs. I followed some pretty basic principles, targeting each major muscle group throughout the week. Week by week I'd mix up the days I trained the muscle groups and randomize the order of the exercises as often as I could. Every workout is ended with cardio, and 2 to 3 times weekly was core work.1

That's awesome! Great inspiration too because you didn't look "that bad" to begin with, but you upped it by a heck of a lot. You should be proud 1 1

Dude, you look awesome! I'm definitely cutting down, as yeah, a few beers/ciders + the lure of french fries = me gaining a good 10 pounds recently. I know it's coming off now I'm treating my body better. Congrats :-D0
