Went shopping this weekend to find a dress for my Goodlife Social on Friday, and I was able to not only find a gorgeous dress, but able to fit into a medium instead of a large! I've never felt so sexy and confident in a dress!

White jeans! I have always been extremely self conscious of my legs (still am).. and white shows everything. I went from size 16 in pants to a size 10 so I thought I would by myself a pair of white jeans to wear for on the 4th of July. I had to throw them out this weekend because they were so baggy! I refuse to buy myself anything other than workout clothes so I'm unsure of what size I am now. Funny thing is my scale has stayed the same since the July 5 so numbers aren't everything!!21

My partner and I went to San Francisco for a turn around trip after Thanksgiving. We took the Bay Cruise Tour and it was raining and we both ended up soaked. So we're scrambling off the boat and my partner suggests we go buy a couple hoodies so we don't walk around in wet shirts. I immediately remind him I can't wear things off the rack. Well, he cajoles me into the shop and we're browsing through the overpriced hoodies. I ask an associate if they have 5XL. The associate replies no but they might have a 3XL. At this point, I'm feeling anxious and sad because I hate clothes shopping for this exact reason but my partner gently insists I try the 3XL. Well...wouldn't you know it fit and, not only fit, but fit with some room to spare. I almost cried. Right there in public. So now I have an overpriced souvenier hoodie and an amazing reminder of how far I've come in a year.86

Sometimes it's so hard for us to see the changes in ourselves that it needs someone else to point them out and show us that we really are making progress. You'll be the 'XXL' in your username in no time at all! 10 -

My grampa hugged me and told me how skinny i was getting and he was actually smiling. Up until now hes done everything he possibly can to show me he doesn't approve of my weight loss XD Hes a good guy hes just old fashioned i guess. Was nice 12

I went to an exercise class on Thanksgiving & saw someone I hadn't seen in quite awhile. She didn't recognize me at all & told me how "skinny" I was. It was the 1st time someone didn't recognize me.16

I have been squatting deeply to take photographs. I have never in my life been syndrome who squats for anything, yet i now do it effortlessly and regularly.13

I have been on the IR for months now due to several injuries to the lower and upper body. My shoulder had a bad pitch in it and I couldn't raise my arm above my shoulders. After giving it rest and stretching for over 6 weeks I tested it today and busted out 7 pullups. The shoulder felt great and I'm ready to try a few more. Slowly getting back to a healthy state. ;-)15

This so doesnt count but i walked enough today to easily eat an entire small mushroom and garlic thin crust pizza. Kind of a victory id say x3 yumyum.
And in all seriousness I just realized how much skinnier my face got, Including my double chin! woo16 -
Today I felt like a normal eater, like I'm finally getting a grip on my food issues. I'm sure I'll have bad days again in the future, and I'm sure I'm a long way from actually normal... but it was really nice to have a solid, stable day.24

sitting in a seat in the arena to watch a hockey game and being well within my own seat!! I had a few inches of space on each side. last time I went I was so uncomfortable both physically and mentally about taking up more than my space. this time I was comfortable an's able to enjoy the game!

The other night, me and the feller were watching a movie in bed, and I snuggled up on his shoulder. He put his arm around me and was rubbing me at my waist/hip. He said, "yeah, you HAVE lost weight, you have less real estate here!" 18

Wearing a size S fitbit strap, even though it is at its largest. When I started I wore and L strap! (I should probably be wearing an M starp, but don't have one so, yeah...)
