 Overall, I made goal! I plateaud a bit this week between Thanksgiving and a foot injury, but I made it back in the gym yesterday/today and expect to see results soon.
 This challenge really kept me going during the holiday week. I'm definitely planning on doing the December challenge as well to get me though Christmas and my birthday. Thanks for all of the support!6

 5.5 hours of exercise over the last two days, 3413 kcal burnt off, and 11.75 hour of the week has really paid off. This week stay the same or a slight lose will be a win as I won't be exercising as much (recovery week after a long hard week last week) and have my first Christmas event of the season next weekend.
 Stayed the same in the final week which was a result. Expected to stay the same or slight gain as I was away for the weekend, although I was good, for example two pints of water and no beer with a meal

 11th : 289.2 Not as much loss as I would like this week but had a couple of days off for bonfire night with my kids and my birthday, put on nearly a pound and a half but at least managed to get that off again and a bit more. Back to my routine now, hoping for some nicer weather so I ca get back to walking again.  18th : 288.2 Had a really bad week this week due to having a really pooly cat that had to be transported back and forth to vets several times and ended up being put to sleep on Tuesday, plus 2 inconsolable children. Not as much as I have been losing but under the circumstances i'm happy to have lost at all this week. Weather has been really bad so not been able to get out walking much, but a loss is a loss. Had a really bad week this week due to having a really pooly cat that had to be transported back and forth to vets several times and ended up being put to sleep on Tuesday, plus 2 inconsolable children.  25th : 285.2  Wow 3lb lost this week, looks like i made it back on track. Back to regular mealtimes this week and being able to stay within my calorie alllowance and had a good calorie deficit each day.  Well, it's not 5 lbs but at least it's something! Right now I'm unable to stand or walk for more than a minute the last 3 years due to painful hardware in my back (just found out the reason). I still exercise but without that full aerobic boost you get from upright exercises, it's hard to lose weight. Plans are being made to remove the hardware & after recover/pt, watch out, because I'm going to become a fierce aerobics junky! I'm going to try the December challenge anyway!
