    It's less than I wanted, but im still happy with it. I find that Im actually losing weight a lil bit faster now that Im actually eating my exercise calories :happy: It amazes me that I can eat more and lose faster. I was starving to death on 1200 cals a day and couldnt understand why that scale was being so dang stubborn!

    Our group is doing so great this month. We have several who is loosing 1 pound a week or more. We have several who have went to the next 10's of a weight group. Keep up the hard work.

    ok I joined the group late for the july challenge, but its never too late to get back in shape. when i first joined fitness pal i was 202 lbs. now im 195.2 and im going to continue to towards my goal of 175 lbs or maybe even 160

    Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way and I haven't had time to be diligent... I haven't gained any weight... but haven't lost any either and with things still a little sideways I don't think I'll be back on track for another week...
