    Pre-Christmas dinner at sister. The meal was so salty. I put down LNS the meal was at 5:30 pm and I was still snacking at the dessert table until 7:30pm. Consequences!

    This is exactly the challenge I need! I seriously take in a lot of my calories at night after I put the kids to bed.

    Starting tonight, no eating after 9pm.

    Well I haven't been following my own advice but I think a hot cup of flavored tea which you really enjoy helps. My Christmas goodies in the house are getting the best of me.

    Another idea is to allow myself a special treat at some time during the day, like a cup of coffee with a store bought biscotti, usually under 120 calories. A nice treat if you eat it slowly with your coffee. I know there are much healthier snacks but I haven't been able to quit the sweet treats.
