They won't listen.
It's not even their fault, really. We're all born into this world without an instruction manual, and it takes a while to figure out. Youth is like a boat getting tossed around in a frothy, hormonal sea, trying to remain in control, sometimes doing a good job of it. Getting woodies constantly, every time you have an impure thought or your underwear rubs you the right way - which, for a frustrated 15 year old, is at all. Thing is, guys mature slowly, so a lot of us are 15 until we're 50.3 -

1. Most of my friends are guys. Would some of them bang if given the opportunity? Sure. But it doesn't mean they can't genuinely value me as a friend aside from that.
If a guy can't see past his sex drive to make genuine friendships with women...that's actually quite objectifying...and he should work on developing his manhood
2. And I couldn't care less if my SO hangs out alone with female friends. If I have to put a ball and chain on him to keep him, then I don't want him...3 -

I don't think about any of my female friends sexually. I do however think about them thinking about me sexually. So it's kind of the same, but not.

The majority of the people I work with are Women... ages from 24 through to mid 60's... The first thing I do is drop women in the friend "bucket"... Do I admire their beauty, charm, intelligence, intellect, physical attributes? I'd be hitting for the other team If I said no... Do we have things in common? Of course. BUT It's a question of maturity. If you can't speak to the opposite sex without having an ulterior sexual subtext, then... there's some kind of issue.7
