Pre-Christmas dinner at sister. The meal was so salty. I put down LNS the meal was at 5:30 pm and I was still snacking at the dessert table until 7:30pm. Consequences!3 -

This is exactly the challenge I need! I seriously take in a lot of my calories at night after I put the kids to bed.

Joining today. No eating after 7:30.
I find I end up mindlessly snacking when watching TV (husband loves his chips and I end up joining him). Do I stop watching TV, find something else to do with my hands, ban chips, get rid of husband? Just kidding about the husband! Seriously, does anyone have things that work for them?
Well I haven't been following my own advice but I think a hot cup of flavored tea which you really enjoy helps. My Christmas goodies in the house are getting the best of me.
Another idea is to allow myself a special treat at some time during the day, like a cup of coffee with a store bought biscotti, usually under 120 calories. A nice treat if you eat it slowly with your coffee. I know there are much healthier snacks but I haven't been able to quit the sweet treats.1
