    Hi, to be honest as long as you stay below it and keep up the minimum the app recommends for you then all will be well. Let it set your limits depending on what you want to do and for starters just stick to those. If you need any more help just ask, always happy to help.

    Hi, ok it is quite simple to add someone, click on their picture it will take you to another page where you can send them a message or goto their profile page, when you are on their page just click on add as a friend, *kitten* a short message so they can see where the request originated then send it and sit back and wait for the replies.
