Not really...if everyone here lost a pound a week, I'd say they're doing pretty dam good. Weight loss isn't supposed to be rapid

After stepping on the scale this morning, I am definitely in. I am hoping to be down 15-20 by this summer. I'm pretty clutzy when it comes to technology, but that's not going to stop me this time!2

It is essentially for starters but anyone could do it. If you want to advance it make it 2 pounds a week or 3! It is really up to you.
