    After stepping on the scale this morning, I am definitely in. I am hoping to be down 15-20 by this summer. I'm pretty clutzy when it comes to technology, but that's not going to stop me this time!

    It is essentially for starters but anyone could do it. If you want to advance it make it 2 pounds a week or 3! It is really up to you.

    I haven't been doing too well this week, so I'm ready for the challenge. My back has been hurting for the past 2 weeks so I'm hoping to do better as it (my back) gets better.

    I am so excited to get the challenge rolling! Preparing this week with some meal planning and structuring my workout plan. Would love to have some more friends so please add me! I could use all the online support I can get since I don't get much of it otherwise. I'm 29, a mother to 3 young children, 5'3, and around 170. I plan to weigh in on Mondays.
