Hey everyone!!! seeing if anyone wanted in on some mini weekly challenges... 50 Chair dips....
100 ab crunches....
150 jumping jacks....
these are to be done daily and checkin on here and let us know how you are doing.. all welcome!!!!
And by chance if you are not friends with me feel free to add me.. I Have the most AMAZING MFP family!!!!Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

I can't believe I'm gonna give this a shot. There is no way I'm ready for this kind of challenge. But with your support I'll give it the ol college try. (without all that alkyhol!) Figure even if I can only do ONE of each, it's still ONE more than I did before!

I'm in and didn't realize we weren't starting today so... lol. I guess I got some practice in.0

Sounds like a challenge, but I'll try for next weeks. I can figure out how to adapt the chair dips and the ab crunches where I can do them from a wheelchair...but the jumping jacks might be an issue. Good luck to y'all though.0

Ok. I'm in I will try this starting on Monday for a week and see how it goes!!!!!0

I'm in!!0

sound fun! Im in!0

I wish I could do jumping jacks! My herniated discs and seriously bad knees make them really painful. I'm in for crunches and dips though, if that's ok!0
-
okay a chair dip.. this is what you do..
1.Stand in front of a chair.
Face away from the chair’s seat.
2.Sit down on the edge of the seat and place your hands behind your hips.
Your hands should be on the edge of the seat and shoulder width apart.
3.Lift your buns off of the seat and walk your feet forward.
Make sure your hands are secure on the chair so that you don’t slip off. Keep your chest elevated and head up. Your knees should not bend past your toes.
4.Slowly lower your body downward.
Be careful that your elbows don’t bend to an angle smaller than 90 degrees.
5.Extend your arms, raising your body upward and supporting your weight with your arms.
hopr I explained it well enough..0 -
I'm in for this....every lil bit helps!!0
