about to turn 39.... way to close to 40 to feel like I do... this year getting it all off.. keeping it off and living the life I want and inspired to. Life is way to short to have the "oh I wish" thoughts.. not this year.. making it happen..

@TonyB0588 Well Thanks, I just feel it... ive gotta get this sugar outta me so i feel normal.. I am soooo sluggish...could sleep all the time ( if i didnt have to work everyday and do all the mom stuff lol ) , running myself to the grave. ( and 30+ 20 isn't old either lol ) some 80 yr old patients have more energy than me lol... it's crazy and puts me to shame!0

49 here...I'm in the best shape of my life and love it. I work out 6-7 days each week. Happy to share diet and work out tips. I primarily spend my time in the weight room, but I do some cardio or HIIT twice per week. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0

Hello All! I just made 32 around Christmas. I am a mom of 3, and trying to lose 30lbs! I went on a hardocore diet about 4yrs back and lost 60lbs! I guess I looked too good because I ended up pregnant again with my 3rd child! So pregnancy will definitely NOT happen again and I just want my pre-3rd child body back! I'm hoping to get some motivational support! Because eating right is not easy with the kids and the husband eating whatever they like!0
