Hiya, I'm a 38 year old lass from the UK. I am starting over on Tuesday, so not actually logging anything til then, but if anyone wants to join me on my journey ~ feel free to add me. I've lost 75lbs so far and still have 98ish to go.5

48 here and feel free to add me. I did really well on MFP in 2015, both before and after a total knee replacement, but got seriously sidetracked in 2016. I did receive a fitness tracker for Christmas, and I think it is a convenient reminder, if nothing else. And after the holidays settle out, I need to figure out how to get my Pilates routine going again. I did them for over a year before the surgery, and the core strength saved me during recovery.2

Hey. I am new to all this. I have always stayed fit but never really tracked anything. But of course, technology is more handy for these things now. Just two years ago, I was barely walking and now I run twice a week. Pretty please with that. I am more active the closer I get to forty!5

Well the holidays are pretty much over and it is time to get back on track consistently. It is nice to see so many new folks checking in as I have received a lot of encouragement on my wall from many of the folks from this group. I try to give encouragement to many of them many of them are really kicking it into high gear and that provides a challenge to me. Best wishes to everyone this New Year and may you all achieve your fitness goals.5

Hi everybody! I haven't been on this thread in a couple of weeks, and happy to see all the new activity. I've managed to maintain through the holidays, but now it's time to kick it back into full gear and finish what I started one year ago. Only 10 lbs to go to my goal weight!6
