I still have a good 20kg to lose before I can show off any muscles (already lost 27kg so working on it ) but if I get only to half as defined as some of you, I'll consider myself happy

i love seeing the muscles and yours are amazing.
i never post internet pics just on policy, but i put on my 'interview' clothes earlier this year and worried the whole time i was going to tear the jacket. deltoids and traps!

Thos thread is awesome! All you ladies are so inspiring I don't have much to show yet but I am working on it. I have struggled with my weight for the past few years due to eating disorders and someother issues. I struggled a bit this past summer causing my weight to drop. In the past three months I have been working on putting on muscle mass. I have put on 8lbs in the past three months and am pleased so far with my increased strength and muscle definition. I still have a long way to go till I get to where I want to be but am determined to get there!

My muscles aren't particularly massive at the moment as this year I have been working on flexibility and agility with less focus on the weights but all the awesome back photos have gotten me motivated to switch back to hypertrophy goals
This is where I am at now muscle-wise

Thanks for the inspiration! I'm slowly working my way back after having had a frozen shoulder since May (which started as rotator cuff tendinitis in January). Every time I think "My progress is slow!" I'll look at this thread so I will feel inspired again.3
