Can anyone give any pointer about how to lose 20 lbs in 13 weeks (end of March)?
Losing that amount of weight may seem daunting but if you stick to a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories consumed + exercise at least 3-4x a week you will see the results. Take some time and use the calculator linked below to figure out what's best for your body type.
After using MFP for 3 years and seeing the ups ad downs, I know I personally see the most progress with a 1,200 calorie HFLC diet. Consistency being key. Hope that helps.
