Restarting for the year. Did pretty well tonight still ate too late, but I chose oatmeal instead of the lays chips I wanted. I'll count that as a win. Me-1. LNS-0. Also keeping track out working out streak and logging streak to help keep me acountable. WO-1 Log-14

But I didn't eat any.

I bought a bag of chips and a bag of cheese curls on Sunday, hence the LNS getting a score. I find that if I'm honest with myself and log my snack binge then it's easier for me not to buy the snacks next time I go to the grocery store.6 -
