So what's everyone's game plan?
I'll be swimming 3-4 days/week, prepping, tracking (honestly!) and drinking water! No specific food plan yet, but working cleaner foods back in to my days.2 -
Really need to join and lose.

Just a note guys- 2 lbs/week is fine initially for those who have a lot to lose, but it's not really practical to pursue as a long-range strategy. Also, I'm seeing several posts from people with fairly low starting weights, and 2 lbs/week is not going to be very practical. I am 5'9" & just over 200 and there is no way I could consistently achieve 2 lbs/week at this point. Don't want to dampen anyone's enthusiasm- definitely set your goals and work hard- but be realistic with your expectations. Best wishes, everyone1

Agreed. Personally I am happy with 1- 1.5 pounds. Considering we just past the holiday season I was satified with no gain!1 -

Hey everyone! Awesome Challenge! I'm so ready for it Great to learn there are others as motivated as I am for this year! I know there will be weeks where there are ebbs and flows so I'm not gonna beat myself up if I can't make the 2 lbs each week, but knowing that is the end oal is important. Some weeks I may not lose weight, but I may lose inches so I am keeping a full list of measurements that I'm measuring monthly as well.
