I lost my 1 pound and I was really happy. I want to really work on getting through the night as I sometimes get hungry. I am a type 2 diabetic and I have to eat something before bedtime because my numbers are usually high in the mornings. Have to plan for a good snack...

I start Tai Chi with my husband and daughter tonight.... thanks YouTube! It's a great stress reliever. Find exercise that you enjoy... that makes you happy.5 -
