Breakfast was toast with smushed up avocado, steak, and strawberries.
Came in at 296 calories. I made up a bunch of 3oz servings of steaks for the bf and I's breakfasts. It is very enjoyable

comes in right around 500 cals I believe, maybe less, I'd have to recheck.
Chicken, farfalle pasta bake and roasted greenbeans and carrots.

Protein cheesecake that I pretty much make weekly. Whole thing around 900cal. This version is with blueberries.

These have been out awhile. I personally think they are the best protein pancakes out there. Well one exception: Kodiak chocolate protein pancakes. These do come out thin.

This was my dinner tonight. I sauteed onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, and Hillshire Farms Lite smoked sausage, and then threw in one little cup of pineapple tidbits. Poured it all over spaghetti squash. Made two servings. 336 calories per serving.

The rest of the family had leftover meatloaf sandwiches. My meatloaf was on a bed of spinach with a side of focaccia!1 -
Cauliflower pizza base with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni2 -
Overnight oats with cottage cheese and banana.
Miso-simmered mackerel, homemade pita chips, avocado buttermilk dip from Skinnytaste, and a fresh salad (which was nice but nothing to write home about).
And ice cream, since I did spend almost two hours at the gym today.

New ice cream made. Chocolate Angel Kiss. I used sugar free chocolate pudding, condensed milk, 1% milk and 2 servings of unflavored whey isolate. Added cut up pieces of the Dutch treat Angel Kisses at the end. The result was outstanding. Angel kisses are basically marshmallow fluff covered in chocolate and they worked great for being frozen. Still fluffy. I could add graham crackers and you get s'mores. Or add walnuts and get rocky road. Per serving is 182 calories, 4 grams of fat, 29 grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein.

I forgot to take pictures before I scarfed it down, but tonight was baked salmon on a bed of raw spinach and foccacia on the side. Yum!1

I follow the Paleo way of eating about 90%. I did not give up cheese, butter or peanut butter. Here's a meal I made. Ribeye steak topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms and feta cheese with cauliflower mash and spring mix salad. Of course that was 2 meals for me; dinner and lunch the next day.
