My meal for today was Venison steak,onions, mayo/ketchup sauce and cheddar biscuits.

This was from a few days ago, but I made spinach artichoke stuffed chicken with roasted mini red potatoes and broccoli. The chicken itself is only a little under 600 calories! It's so so so good, and easier to make than you thing.3

My dinner last night was a basmati rice bowl with kidney beans, broc, cilantro and mango habanero salsa!

Bfast this morning! Spring mix, Boca breakfast scramble patty, eggs, bacon, kimchi, and guac.
Orange Chicken for dinner last night with brown rice and peppers. Tonight is going to look very similar but Teriyaki instead

Spaghetti squash with soy chorizo, peas, tomatoes, onions, garlic. And on the right is fried green zucchini.

Not the prettiest looking setup but dried strawberry chips reconstituted in milk.3 -
Shrimp, garlic, and onion sauteed in chili and garlic infused olive oil over a bed of whole-grain angel hair pasta.

Proud of my meals this week! Very flavorful & I was full after each one!
Chicken teriyaki with low sodium chicken broth & low sodium teriyaki sauce served over a bed of quinoa:
Salmon baked in a foil, lightly painted with a homemade garlic butter spread (butter, garlic powder, crushed red pepper), sprinkled with parmesan, w/ garlic cloves and fresh lemons laying on top with a side of sautéed fresh green beans with garlic, onions and mushrooms. Avocado slices.
