I appreciate this thread continuing, the presentation you all do for a meal for yourselves/family is stunning! It makes me realize we're worth the time it takes for nice presentation of a meal. I plan to start doing that again for myself.

Having a lovely Greek salad with homemade vinaigrette for lunch! I forgot to take a before photo. I've been a lurker for a couple years now and this is my first post! FYI: I will be making my own dressing from now on!!2 -

Chicken Adobo, this one's popular among Filipinos (i.e. from Philippines)
Prep (430 grams chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, whole seeds of black pepper, olive oil, onion, garlic)
Halfway through the cooking time
Done! (Makes two servings, around 310 kcal per serving according to my MFP recipe)
