I have to say, I'm really enjoying this forum. I've used MFP for years to track food with moderate success... But have never been part of a goal group like this. It is actually making me work harder and be more aware throughout the week. I'm stoked, this is great!7

My loss this week was not as big as week 1 To be expected. But the fact that I stuck with my healthy habits past week 1 is huge for me. I typically drop off any plan after 1-2 weeks. So if I make it to the 3rd weigh-in...success is on the horizon.

I did a detox for my first week to jump start my weight loss and give me motivation to keep losing. That's the reason for the big decrease in weight for my first week. I don't expect this kind of drop for upcoming weeks. I'm also keeping a journal of calories, water intake, and cardio to see what really works for me and what doesn't. I hope we all meet our goals!2 -

I'm right there with You! There has of only been one previous time that I have been consistent, and that was 3-4 months. Between then and now there has been lots of starts, stops, whining, laziness, and weight gain. Keep at it and try to have fun with it Too!

Thank you for the support; I've actually just broken through today. I'm so happy to see a different starting number on the scale Hopefully I'll keep up the momentum this week and record a big loss next week!2 -

Oh what kind of detox? I'm kind of bummed because I gained a pound this week and I thought I ate really well. I've also been exercising every day and making sure I hit 13,000 steps most days, though a few I only got 11,000 or so. I am definitely overweight, both BMI and pictures confirm, so I don't understand why nothing is moving this week... Sigh.
I'm SUPER motivated at the moment so a detox sounds great, because I'm worried I'll lose enthusiasm and spirit if there isn't some loss soon...0 -

Worked out three times and stuck to my Keto Diet, which was hard because I wasn't feeling great--keto flu, I think--but it was worth it. I think this week will be easier. Anyone can email me especially if they want to talk keto.
