    (Did not lose any Wt. This week :confused: I did not Exercise or follow my diet plan.. Bcoz I was sick for whole week ! :disappointed: )

    This weeks Success : No Victories as such.. But thank Goodness I did not Gain any Wt.

    This weeks Challenge : 1) Do meal preps follow Diet 2) work out 5 days 3) Focus on Positive things & Stay healthy.

    Week 2
    Starting weight: 238.2
    Goal weight: 180
    Current weight: 252
    Total weight lost: .2 (3.2 since 1/1/2017)
    This week's successes: Did a fair bit of walking while on company trip. Took Uber only once because dinner/company party was the only night we didn't eat local to the part of the city that both the office and the hotel were.
    This week's challenges: Travel to office for meetimgs and company holiday party which included lots of mediocre to poor calorie choices during the trip. And while I tried to track what I ate consistently for the good or the bad I know that I missed stuff.
    All in all the lack of real loss this week is so much better than it could have been.
