TARGET WEIGHT 125lbs.
Worked out three times and stuck to my Keto Diet, which was hard because I wasn't feeling great--keto flu, I think--but it was worth it. I think this week will be easier. Anyone can email me especially if they want to talk keto.

I am on Keto also after fantastic results last year. I'm doing now what I didn't last year though and that's exercising too (5km a day, gym too) so we will see how it goes.
I have my first official weigh in tomorrow so I am really looking forward to it and will not be disheartened whatever happens.

Pretty happy so far! I am really focusing on my diet, especially incorporating more fruits and veggies while reducing carbs and junk food. I have also reduced my alcohol and soda intake. As for exercise, I am taking it light for the first month, working on 35 minutes of walking a day at least, with 10,000 steps a day as my ultimate daily goal. I tend to get pretty sick when I try to change my diet and add strenuous exercise at the same time, so I've finally learned to be patient! My biggest success so far is that I am enjoying the process!!6 -
