    Worked out three times and stuck to my Keto Diet, which was hard because I wasn't feeling great--keto flu, I think--but it was worth it. I think this week will be easier. Anyone can email me especially if they want to talk keto.

    I am on Keto also after fantastic results last year. I'm doing now what I didn't last year though and that's exercising too (5km a day, gym too) so we will see how it goes.

    I have my first official weigh in tomorrow so I am really looking forward to it and will not be disheartened whatever happens.

    My loss this week was not as big as week 1 :/ To be expected. But the fact that I stuck with my healthy habits past week 1 is huge for me. I typically drop off any plan after 1-2 weeks. So if I make it to the 3rd weigh-in...success is on the horizon.

    Keep going!! You're doing great. That's why I hate weekly weigh ins. They discourage you. Take your measurements as well as your weight. It makes a huge difference!
    I too am wanting to get below 200! I started at 216 (this time). You can do it!
