Oatmeal with cranberries and blueberries for breakfast. Big salad with ham lunch. Roasted veggies for dinner. (I made a couple days in advance!) veggie sticks and pot of decaf tea snack - everyday. This week will be more of a challenge - seeing friends for lunch ! (Just thrilled I got into the 160s - it's been a LONG time!)
So I back slid a little (it was the wine lol)- but yesterday I started back at the gym - I hadnt been because of a knee injury. Hopefully the weather will be ok this week that I can go back. Right back on that horse I will be back in the 60s by the end of the week!!! I am in this! Thanks everyone for your support!6 -

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all still inspired and rarin to go. I'm only down about 1.5 pounds, but I feel really good and stronger. I've been doing a beginner weight lifting program and I'm now on week 5. Today cardio was added in with the weight training and I'm hoping that this will help the scales move down. I'm late to this challenge but closest to what I am looking for. Have fallen off the wagon from losing 30 lbs two years ago. Up 15 lbs since then but would like to lose 20 lbs. I lost before by sticking close to My Fitness Pal and exercise. It worked by having support of others and cheering each other on. I plan on weighing in tomorrow morning and will post weight. Struggling with my weight my whole life, thanks to MFP I dropped from 250 lbs all the way down to 198 in college, but after I graduated in 2014, with the stress of my new job, I gained it all back and then some... trying to get back into the routine that made me so happy before! I'd love to join you all!

Down, which is a slight miracle given how poorly the last work trip went. Never made it to the pool and lunches were...not optimal. At least the person who kept throwing candy, cookies, and cinnamon rolls on the break tables won't be at the next event. Oh well, I'll take it and work to improve the next one. Home for 10 days straight, so I'm looking forward to a routine!
