Will give this a try this week with low-sodium soy sauce, red and green bell pepper, water chestnuts and snow peas. We all love pineapple so maybe the sweetie won't complain when I serve it with brown rice.

Sounds yummy=) What are the total calories for 1 serving and what is the serving size for this dish...is it the entire chicken breast and no pineapples? Counting the calories has been extremely difficult especially for recipes.

    Thanks.

this sounds delicious! I do have a question though, I just read through all of the posts and saw people noting different times. Can those of you who have made this specify? Were you using thawed or frozen chicken? And what time ended up working for you? The times have varied from 2 hours (i'm assuming thawed chicken) to 8 hours (assuming frozen?) Thanks!
