Good morning. Happy Tuesday. Well I went to the gym today and took it really easy. I did take a spin class but there was no jumping up and down for me. I just sat in the saddle and pedaled for the class. I feel something is better than nothing.

Well been sick for about 7-8 days with that nasty cold/flu. Really wreaked havoc with my goals for this month. Today was my first solid workout, but still took it a bit easy. Was nice to get back on the water though! First evening in week that other than being tired, I'm actually feeling better than this morning instead of worse.
Oh, and my roof was fixed on Friday! Nice to not have to worry about that anymore! And no critters to evict, just a bad spot that rotted through.

Probably overdid it a bit paddling today. Knew it would be a long paddle (at least 5 miles), but didn't anticipate the wind kicking up at the end (which was a head wind) and the tide being that strong coming back in. I actually had to jump off my board and walk it up the beach to my launch point because I couldn't get there by paddling no matter how hard I tried.
