Im in. This sounds fun and challenging. I am doing the 30 DS with Jilliam Michaels and who knew jumping jacks were so hard? I did not until having to do them for that workout. Good luck everyone.0

I am going to try this! I just came across it. The chair dips will be a learning experience as I have NEVER done them.0

I have done this for 2 days in a row. I was super tired today but as soon as I started to move the energy took over! After I was done I went for a run, I feel like heaven.0

Dips - (due to RA in wrists, I am modifying and doing a different tricep exercise) - and DONE!0 -
