Loose 10 pounds by feb 5th

Morning friends, still 2 more weeks to go, for this 2 weeks we have to loose 5 pounds, let's see how much we can loose.
Yesterday was a bad day for me , I couldn't stop myself not to eat junkkkk. That's why today onwards I am going to post about my food and exercise stuff here.

Sorry its way late, super busy week with school and work. But i finally managed to eigh myself today and im super excited! I weighed in at 189.2lbs! My starting weight was 200lbs2

I'm to scared to weigh in case I've gained after upping my calorie intake. I shall probably weigh in Monday? ♡0

Congrats to all in your perseverance! We can do this!
Started back on MFP in November weighing 185, lost 24-25 Ibs by cutting out my trigger foods ( bread, pasta, rice, dairy except for eggs) Started eating veggies, fruit an a protein source on daily basis. This is what worked for me so far. Of course gotta have a treat day as well.
SW 1/20: 161.2 lbs
CW 1/26: 160.1 Ibs
Goal 2/8: 150 lbs3 -

Sashajasmin- it's sooo hard!!!! But I feel like this is a life change and we can't give up everything or we won't make it!! I might say that to myself a little to much! Lol
