I ordered two dress sizes for a formal event at the end of February, one in my size now and one a size down. The mini-goal motivating me is to wear the smaller one!8

I celebrate every 5lbs I lose. I made a list of items I would buy to reward myself every 5 lost or fun experiences. I've lost 16lbs now. Im going to buy myself a step tracker as my reward for hitting the 15lb mark. Next reward will be me going to LUSH to buy one of their products I've been dying to buy for forever!8

Mine's really silly (I think) - this is my second round of major weight loss, the first was in 2009. I then gained all and some back over the last 6 years, so I'm about to reach my "first starting weight" and that for me shines light into the end of the tunnel!9

Same here, I tried to start again last year but gained another two kilos by the end of the year. But now I'm only 0,3 kg from being a kilo lighter than my last years starting weight! You can do it, too4 -
I plan to run a 5K in about a month. I am also working my way up to being able to do a pull up without assistance.3

I met my husband and I was 200lbs. Since then I got married to him and had two girls all in two and a half years and gained 26.5lbs... My mini goal is to get back to 200lbs. Then 180lbs lol4

And eventually I want to get the guts to try and do legit bench press. Still kind of afraid to do it while everyone is watching at the gym. I'm afraid I'll drop the weight on myself. And there are dudes at my gym that bench three plates!
Everyone's gotta start somewhere right?
Good morning,
Not sure what gym you go to but in my experience, no one is watching. Everyone is too busy looking at themselves in the mirror. When you do try that BP, make sure you have a spotter. Just say to someone, "Can I get a spot on this BP when you have a minute"
Keep up the good work.

New mini goal is try to be -7lbs (<220lbs) by my birthday in 2.5 weeks (that's lofty, but I'm big and can lose big whooshes with focus). My larger "mini goal" for February is to go from my current 226 to 216 by March 1.
I can do this!10 -

Seeing how far I can get in 100 days by focusing on the work and eating right instead of on a number on a scale...13

I really want to see 200 lb. mark. I have 55 lbs. to go before reaching this goal and I'm determined to get there. Once there, my next goal is to reach 170 lbs. Should I be able to surpass that weight, it would be a bonus for me. I'm really about getting more healthy as I age. Eating clean is the way I'm choosing to get there. Thanks for making me think about what my goals are.

Made it to ONEderland so 2.4 lbs to be half the woman I once was. From there another 6.4 lbs to an even 200 lbs lost.
In non-scale related goals, still doing a 5K every month, and the goal is to decrease my time for each. The other goal is the sprint triathlon in May. I guess the goal should be to find a way to bike more often and longer distances.18 -
I am due in May with my 2nd baby, so my main goal motivating me right now is to give birth to a healthy baby without gaining too much weight!
I'll be 24 weeks in a couple days and so far I have gained 1lb so I am doing pretty good .
My other goals are to be more active/walk more each day and drink lots of water.
Good luck to everyone, I hope you all accomplish your goals!15 -
I'm working up to a 5 mile walk 3 times per week. It's really hilly here, and I have a lot of back and knee issues, but I'm up to 4 and a quarter twice a week interspersed with 2-3 mile walks. I feel close and am getting stronger!10
