    February's deadlift goal (current: 140) 160 3 sets of 5
    Ultimate goal: 135 or wherever my body feels most comfortable, I don't want to be pushing a weight if it will run better at a higher weight especially where I have heavy weight lifting goals.

    February's goal : I hope to for sure be in onederland by end of February (I was back in the early fall and then fell off when I got really sick, hoping to make it happen again)

    I have been having a very difficult time, I know I need to clean up my diet more, working on this. Also, need to be making sure I'm running at least 3 times a week and lifting 3 times a week.
