Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

I'm thinking of joining - but trying to get 8,000 steps a day! I have a desk job, and my fitbit doesn't really count many steps during my workouts at the gym. Since I average 3,000 a day, 8k is a good start! Haha7

I'll be in hopefully next wk...Garmin Vivosmart HR Plus coming in the mail - so excited! Wanted the less bulky Fitbit Charge 2, but I scored the former at a better deal. I have two active part time jobs so am curious to track normal activity and calorie burn, not just formal exercise. Also, wanted something with altimeter to track stairs climbed, because usually at least once a week, I do a lot of those!1

My goal for February is 200,000 steps. Here are my previous stats:
January 2017: 182,245 steps | 68.51 miles | Average: 5,879 spd | 2.21 mpd
I'm taking an imaginary Walk Across Texas: 857 miles down I-10, from the Louisiana border to El Paso. Since June 1st, 2016, I have walked 562.09 miles. Just passed: Sheffield, TX (mile 551). Next stop: Fort Stockton, TX (mile 616). (Learn more.)2 -
