I'm in too. Since I my Diabetes Prevention class ended, I have been struggling to keep the weight off even though I had no problem meeting my goals while in the class. I guess it is easier to excuse a lapse if you aren't weighing in with others.

My biggest issue is getting enough exercise. I have a desk job, I'm over 65, and it is winter here. Oh yes, and I hate gyms. My puppy is my favorite exercise equipment. We walk 2-3 miles at a time when the winter weather allows. I will dust off my exercise bike this month.
