            I'm joining. New to MFP in an attempt to get some progress ditching the body fat and gaining some lean muscle and toning up. Weight fluctuated during great start end Nov but Christmas took its toll....back to starting weight again so here goes.....!

            It's been a week!! And the best thing I could've done is finally join the gym and not make excuses of a busy work schedule. Feel better even though every muscle in my body is aching.

 Not sure why I had a fast drop, but after being stuck in January at 224 for a few weeks, I'll take it. I won't be surprised if my weight yo-yos here for a bit, because that's how I roll.
