 In the spirit of honesty and full disclosure, I am up .8 lbs since last week. I think it's all water, 'cuz I tracked diligently and consistently ate less than I burned. Oh well...**it happens. Hopefully I'll have better luck this week.

 I wasn't really expecting a loss this week. Not enough water, only worked out twice, and was way over my calories at least three days of the week. Not sure if I'll be able to hit my goal this month, but I at least want to get under 185 lbs. I'm in a bad cycle right now that I'm hoping to break this week.6
