Anyone have a method for downloading raw MFP data?

There used to a be an Excel macro someone built to do this. I have that, and tried running it but it no longer pulled any data. The name of it is mfp2v6.xlsm

Is there a newer version of this that works out there? Or does someone have another method to do this? I have about 6 years worth of MFP data, so doing by hand does not sound fun.

I download the data from premium. Is that what you are talking about?

This worked great for the calories, thanks! Is there a way to get the exercise data too? The calories don't reflect net calories so without that piece it isn't very helpful.

Thanks! That's the one I originally had, though an older version. I was able to get this version to work. It only goes back 1 year, but I can work with that.
