Oh, dear...didn't realize I had been MIA from my own thread since Wednesday...I've had one of those kind of weeks. So, here's my update...
2 February: 30 min - Walking (~1.5 miles) = 30 minutes
3 February: 3 min - Fab Feb Challenges Day 2 & 3 (10 side crunches; 2 x 30 mountain climbers; 10 situps; 10 back extensions); 27 min - AR (Reunion Island) Dance Videos; 60 min - Glider (4.25 miles); 30 min - Walking (~1.5 miles); 36 min - Repairing Auto (Replacing Battery) = 156 minutes
4 February: 60 min - Glider (4.20 miles) = 60 minutes
5 February: 65 min - Glider (4.12 miles) = 65 minutes
Total: 394 minutes out of 2160 minutes (36 hours)

Since February divides neatly into four weeks, I'm going to set the goal of six hours each week and post the progress at the end of each week (that should help with me not ending up less than 2 hrs short like last month). So far I'm on track for week 1 and will post everything for week 1 after I finish today's workout.1

My gym just went out of business this week! Aarg! But I am not quiting this challenge. I will miss getting on the treadmill and going for a walk/run combo. I was in the process of increasing the combo to a full run, so that's a real drag. Not sure what I will do just yet. Will persevere!1 -
