    Count me in too. I am late so wont realistically loose 20lbs by March but maybe April. Hopefully can hit 10 at least.

    My weigh-in day is Monday.

    1/03: 252.5
    1/09: 245.8-- Running 2 miles/day
    1/16: 236.3-- Running 4 miles/day
    1/23: 225.6-- Running 4 miles/day
    1/30: 221.4-- Running 2 miles/day & weight training

    Weight lost/gained this week: + 4 lbs
    Weight lost/gained this month: - 31 lbs

    My legs can no longer handle 4 miles a day, so this week I started running 2 miles (to decrease the amount of stress on my legs) and started weight training. I also incorporated whey protein in my diet to increase my daily protein consumption. Still eating salads and baked chicken/shrimp/turkey. Added tuna as a snack also. Omelettes or oatmeal for breakfast. Nothing but water and absolutely NO ALCOHOL.

    I'm baffled and hoping it's TOM makin me go up bec I haven't been 220 in 3 years. Seeing that on the scale made me binge. My 30th is in 2 days and this number has crushed my spirits this week.

    Sorry-I haven't posted in over a week-partly because I was insanely busy and partly because I didn't log my weight or food a few days- I'm down 12 pounds total - and I've really gained muscle mass - I started faithful healthy eating and excercise right after Christmas - I'm on week 6- eating high protein lots of raw veggies and complex carbs (but staying within my calorie allowance). I'm working out by running 3x week anywhere from 5-9 miles and doing circuit training 3 days a week. Aside from my sedentary office job, I'm walking my dogs daily. Pretty content with where I am- very proud of my commitment and progress-I have learned that it's about lifestyle-not crash diets, not radical fad stuff-just good ole healthy living ❤

    I'm stuck and I might know why. I have been overestimating my calorie goal. I got a new fitness watch and the calories burned according to each was way different! So I'll have to lower my calorie goal and up my exercise goals to get the scale to budge. I don't think I'll make it by March but I will make it!
