I went WAY over on my birthday, but the rest of the week I was good. And it helped that I weigh in in the morning; I didn't go crazy with "unhealthy" food till dinner. I probably would have been able to lose 10 pounds this month if it weren't for my birthday and then valentines day! Lol. I got 3 boxes of chocolates for valentines day, only 4 days after we finally ate all that yummy chocolate cake from my birthday!!
That's alright though. It just means March is gonna rock! Lol. Get rid of EVERY holiday from November-February. Even 3 of the 4 kid's birthdays.1 -

I am on a 1200 calorie meal plan, where food is delivered to me everyday including breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. I also run on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day. However, I feel I have plateaued, and I have started HIIT during running. Let's see how the next weigh-in goes! Fingers crossed.5 -
