Finally got the scale to go down again. Last 3 weeks were 0 loss or light gain for muscle. Although I did loose 1.5
inches on the waist and another notch on my belt last week, it was nice to see the scale go down this week.4 -

OK, fourth week of no movement means obviously I need to change it up. I have been stressed alot at work the last two weeks, and I definitely stress eat during those times. I didn't even get to workout last week at all. I'm going to commit to the remainder of the challenge, even though I've been stagnant I'm still really happy with the progress I have had so far. Man, weeks fly by so quickly!!4 -
