    Finally got the scale to go down again. Last 3 weeks were 0 loss or light gain for muscle. Although I did loose 1.5
    inches on the waist and another notch on my belt last week, it was nice to see the scale go down this week.

    OK, fourth week of no movement means obviously I need to change it up. I have been stressed alot at work the last two weeks, and I definitely stress eat during those times. I didn't even get to workout last week at all. I'm going to commit to the remainder of the challenge, even though I've been stagnant I'm still really happy with the progress I have had so far. Man, weeks fly by so quickly!!
