I've been reading through the forums and you guys have GREAT tips & advice! What are your best tips & advice for losing water weight?

Time? Patience?
Understand that losing water weight is usually pointless. You want to lose fat. Unless you have some driving reason to lose water weight for something specific, it will just come and go as it sees fit. So if you lose it over then next 2 days, 3 days later it may be back.7 -
Reduce your sodium intake. Drink more water.4

Lowering carb intake will shed water weight, but why do you want to do this? I struggle with swollen ankles and when I'm very strict with carb intake I don't have an issue with edema.0

Exercise (intense, sweat!) helps me, too.
Other than that, as others have said, drink water, be patient.
Personally, I'm not cutting salt. I love salt, and don't have high blood pressure. But cutting salt would help, of course.0 -
I find that exercise helps with most things.3

Limit salt, drink lots of water, and do something that really makes you sweat i.e. Go for a long run, then sit in a sauna to sweat some more.
Oh and when you run you can wear heavy clothing. I've seen a guy run in my neighborhood wearing heavy dark clothing in the summer.0 -

You could wear one of those awesome sauna suits and do 2 hours on the stair machine like the guy at my gym every day. (Just kidding. Don't do that. Drink lots of water and be patient.)0

i did a low salt thing recently just as a curious science experiment to see what would happen. Every part of my body got tightened up and shrunk. Was really weird. Problem is it made me sick XD Im still recovering from it now.
I didnt feel sick exactly but a bit weak, I wasnt craving anything and i was still able to do all my exercises im not really sure how to explain how i felt bad. Just...light? But in a bad way. So be careful with that water weight and sodium are kind of important to function0 -
K, I'll double up on the H20 and cut alot of salt. Any good substitutes that don't taste like saw dust?1

Sushi yesterday and too much soy sauce. Bang I'm up a pound today.

That's not really a good plan. If your body wants to hold onto water, it's doing it for a good reason and you need to let it be. Barring chronic oedema (swelling), water weight only varies within a relatively small, fixed range. It's just part of your body's normal functioning and it's better not to interfere with it.
Sure, if you eat a lot of salt, you can reduce it to more normal levels; but if the amount of salt you eat is already pretty moderate, you should not reduce it too much. Your body needs salt, and people who try to go without it end up with health problems.
But at end of the day, the best thing you can do about water weight is ignore it. Your body controls it very carefully and it knows what it is doing.3 -

I can't add anything to what @CattOfTheGarage said. Salt in moderation good. Water good. Water weight, continual thing no matter who you are, supposed to be. We're made of water!

I cut down my carbs to 30g or less for a solid 3 days lost 7lbs I'm sure 6lbs was water. Very tough diet to maintain but incredible for dropping water weight cause carbs hold onto water.0

That's not a particularly good idea ... that kind of thinking can lead to problems with hyponatremia or dehydration.
You'll gain water weight when you do more exercise than normal, when you spend too much time out in hot weather, when you get a sunburn, when it's your TOM, or when you eat a particularly salty meal. And about 3 days later, that water weight should disappear ... you'll wear a path in the carpet to the toilet.
You don't need to do anything special.0 -

You do know water weight just comes from your body's natural functioning, and isn't a problem that needs fixed? It's silly to pursue it as "weight loss".1
