Hi every one.Everything started on 12th of April 2015 and I was 120 kg.With MyFitnessPal, sports and diet down to 93 kg in 16 months but after lost my motivation, up + 100 kg again.Now everything is alright. I continue to lose weight with sports,diet and MyFitnessPal. Pls add me. good days0

I think MFP friends are very beneficial! I like to use my MFP closer to how I use any other social media platform. Gotta keep logging in, scrolling through your news feed, and post a status!! I've gotten into some interesting conversations with people just by replying to one of their posts!0

Hey guys I'm trying to get back on track. Any advice? I honestly am lacking motivation these days. I had lost 30 pounds and gained them back after a horrible break up and nursing school. Then gained 15 more on top of that while working. I don't want to do the same routine I did to lose the weight which was the Insanity videos with modifications. I plateued after a while and got discouraged and stopped. Thinking of joining a gym. Any thoughts or ideas?0
