    Today I had Raisin bran, 1/2 cup 1% milk, protein shake (made with water and 1tbsp baking cocoa since I hate the taste of the protein I bought :'( )

    Green smoothie or overnight oatmeal during the week. Egg on Ezekiel bread with hot sauce on the weekends

    coffee and half an rx bar before the gym, two hard boiled eggs and some raw veggies and berries or grapes after on week days. Then two hours later 8 ounces of coffee with frozen cherries, half a scoop of vega protein and greens, 1/3 frozen banana, and a quarter cup of almond milk in a smoothie. On the weekends it's totally varied.

    1 or 2 scrambled eggs with Johnsonville Turkey Sausage link. Need lots of protein to make it to lunch.

    Depending on my morning I'll have 2 boiled eggs and a glass of water before I leave for work. And old fashioned oatmeal with fresh apples and cinnamon when I get to work. Sometimes I add slivered almonds. If I don't have a long day I omit the eggs.
